Small Group Programs

A structured, supportive environment where participants can build skills, confidence and social connection

Delivered in small, carefully planned settings, these programs allow participants to practice skills in shared environments while still receiving personalised, goal-aligned support.

Small Group Programs are designed to:

  • Support skill development through shared activities

  • Encourage social interaction and peer connection

  • Build confidence, independence and participation

  • Align with individual NDIS goals

While delivered in a group format, all programs remain person-centred. Group composition, activities and levels of support are carefully considered to ensure each participant’s needs and goals are respected.
